Fiorage® XL Dermal Filler

Hyaluronic acid in Fiorage can attract water to swell and create volume and provide structural support. In addition, hyaluronic acid has been shown to increase collagen production.

This gel is offered inside a pre-filled sterile disposable syringe (PFS). Each syringe contains 1 mL of Fiorage XL which has 26 mg of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, phosphate buffer (pH 7.2), mannitol (as an antioxidant), and 3 mg of Lidocaine hydrochloride.

Mannitol as an antioxidant helps to protect the hyaluronic acid from oxidative stress, which can degrade the filler. Mannitol also minimizes side effects such as swelling and bruising, enhancing comfort during and after the procedure. Lidocaine hydrochloride helps to reduce pain during and after the injection.

Fiorage XL is used for filling deep wrinkles and facial volume restoration and augmentation.

Fiorage XL can be injected into the deep dermis or subcutaneous layer.

Each Fiorage XL package contains two 1-mL pre-filled sterile disposable syringes (PFS), four single-use sterile needles (27G × 1/2”), a leaflet, and a set of tracking labels.

• Store the product at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C.
• Prevent freezing.

• Fiorage XL is for single use. Do not reuse. The product may no longer be sterile if reused.
• Fiorage XL is contraindicated in a history of anaphylaxis or presence of multiple severe allergies, history of hypersensitivity to gram-positive bacterial proteins or local anesthetics of the amide type, such as Lidocaine.
• Avoid injection into sites other than the anatomical spaces recommended, blood vessels, or nerves.
• Fiorage XL is not intended for breast augmentation.
• Avoid overcorrecting.
• Avoid using Fiorage XL on inflamed or infected skin (acne, herpes, etc.).
• Avoid using in pregnant, lactating women, and children.
• Avoid any makeup for 12 hours after injection.
• Avoid sun exposure, UV rays, and very high and very low temperatures for 2 weeks.
• Use a sunscreen with a high protection factor during the two weeks following treatment.
